I went here for an actual conference I did not stay in the hotel but I will tell you that I did eat at the restaurant and the front desk people or all extremely Pleasant the wait staff at the restaurant were very attentive to everyone there that day. From what I saw the place was sparkling can't say anything bad about the place the rooms must be exceptional to
We stayed for 4 nights. All employees were very friendly & accommodating. Our rooms and the whole hotel was really clean. We had read reviews about shortage of hot water. We had rented two rooms & the hotel was fully booked 3 out of our 4 nights there & we had plenty of hot water. We also had no issues with noise from other guest. It was very quite. My husband is retired from the Military so we have stayed in a lot of hotels & motels & the Wyndham in Southbury CT was by far the best we have every stayed in. Really pretty place & I can not compliment them enough on the friendly service & cleanliness. I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could.
Professional staff and clean rooms. The heater and blankets kept me very comfortable during the Connecticut winter. I also enjoyed the variety of options available at the breakfast buffet.
Great location. Right off highway, tons of parking. Extreme clean. Loved that. Wait staff was great. Pricy on the food, but after you taste it, it was worth it.
Very clean rooms. Restaurant was never open...only the bar. They allow pets which is awesome but quoted me $25 an charged me $35 for my dog. Don't mind paying it. Just want to be quoted correctly.
