Very nice hotel and conference rooms. Very warm and helpful staff. The bar had excellent local craft beer options, and the food was very good.

Room was quite nice. Not one of the newly renovated but still quite good. Only issue we had was we booked a King room and were told they had none available and don't guarantee room types. If I book a King room it's because I don't want a double. Don't offer if you don't have. They managed to get us a King so all turned out great.
The best part of our stay was the Tavern- great food and service. Other than that, we were very disapointed. They had 3 big events running and seemed understaffed. Our toilet didn't fully flush until the morning of our departure and the shower pressure was so low it took quite a while to rinse off. The hairdryer did not have a working high setting. The tub dripped incessantly. The air conditioning was nice and loud, thankfully- it drowned out all the people in the hallway (very little sound buffer). However, when it turned off, it would not start again for hours and there was no setting to keep the fan on. Our room did not get cleaned or serviced that day (after we had requested it again) so when we returned late that night from an off site wedding, we had to go to the desk and ask for towels for morning. 15 minutes later, we called down and they finally sent some towels up. When I went to use the coffee maker, everything was covered in dust and the coffee had no flavor. The dresser drawers also fell out when you opened them. We did not use the pool or work out areas but those looked very nice. When we checked out and were asked about our stay, the only answer they could offer was "sorry to hear that".
I really think it has potential I say this because I was only there long enough to dress for a wedding and only long enough to sleep wish it had a hot tub or usage as long as I'm there. Be the first to allow your guest to sign in at the front desk b4 and after. Because it's an entity I didn't get any use of.
