Great place when you need anything hardware, paint, home remodeling. Concrete, poisons, keys, feeds, tools, sharpening and they are all very nice people that will do all they can to get your job done.
First clerk mixed most expensive paint for me without telling me. Instead of just apologizing for miscommunication, second clerk condescendingly blamed me for not asking how much it would be. Decided to take business elsewhere rather than take abuse and walked out. Second clerk runs after me into parking lot to YELL at me that I'm rude for walking out! Go back, attempt rational conversation with man; attempting to make negative situation into a positive one. Man continues yelling, telling me I'M rude. I'm calm and speaking low this whole time, trying to explain that this is NOT good customer service. First clerk comes over and, even though he did not see the interaction, says that if the second clerk felt I was rude, it's his right to yell at me! Nothing even resembling an apology. Second clerk dismisses me from business with a wave of his hand.
Sure, if you don't care about your business it IS your right to yell at people all day long if you like. Then it's my right to go to Home Depo, instead, and post reviews online. Will never go back there again.
