Medium sized state park open year round, sunrise to sunset. Hike along the falls to the covered bridge. No swimming. Two trails, well marked. Parking for about 40 cars. Several small wood-built bathrooms. Picnic tables in sun and shade, as well as a small Pavillion with 4-5 tables.
Got married here 35 years ago. Moved away. It's been a long time since we were back. It is so beautiful still. Hoping to come back again in the summer time. Many beautiful memories here!!
Beautiful little park. A lot to do in a small area. A wonderful place to walk a dog that can handle being around lots of people, kids and other dogs. Can be quite crowded on weekends and holidays, and most nice days in the summer. If you can find the time to get there when it's a little quieter it's really peaceful.
I wanted to stop at a nature park on my adventure back home to Ohio from Boston. I had several parks appear on my search but I chose this one due to it having waterfalls. I absolutely loved it, beautiful & an easy walk! I would definitely return.
Love this park. Its close to home so I visit often. My 2 year old loves the falls. Just gotta watch him like a hawk because you can get as close as you want and that could get dangerous.
