Rude staff at the southbury ct. Also merchandise is over priced. Customer service is very unsatisfactory.
I went to this store yesterday, and I am in a wheelchair. The store avertise that the store is handicap accessible, and when I was in the store most of the aisles are not accessible. Don't avertise that you are accessible when your not.
Remember when Pier 1 had stuff that was cool, I do. This now upper middle class nick nack shop only sells stale regurgitated tripe. Don't shop here unless you want your wasp friends to make fun of you behind your back.
It's Pier1
Typical Pier One. Easy access location although parking is limited due to busy restaurant adjoining it. Staff is too eager, which I dislike. Feels like they either work on commission or are stalking you because they think you're a shoplifter. Either way, I don't like shopping here because it's not relaxing or enjoyable.
