My whole experience at the Southbury Verizon store was so positive from beginning to end. Knowing it is quite possibly the busiest time of year , I was amazed at the professionalism, teamwork and customer service I received. Literally, each and every employee worked together to help me. Jonathan, Andrew, Raul, Joshua and Dimitry all pitched in at different times to come to a quick and effective solution. Thank you to all for making what could have been a negative situation go as smooth as possible. Hats off to the whole team!

Stepped into the store on Wednesday unsure of being able to purchase a plan/device due to timing issues.. but store associate Andrew went above and beyond what was expected and even drove to another store location to make sure my boyfriend and I received the phones we wanted. Every step of the process was explained fully, and we left the store incredibly pleased. Great place, great associate.
and above that fixed my phone giving excellent advice. I have been in sales for over 25 years and am very impressed with this guy.
