This is incredibly frustrating, my time is valuable to me. I am not asking for anything difficult but yet they are still failing at doing their job. Just sign the script and fax it back so I can have orthotics made and hopefully I won't be so much pain.
Let me start by saying I have only good things to say about my experience with my provider, Dr. Velsmid. This review is for his office and western ct. It has been a week and a half and I still have not received a script for orthotics to be made for me. Three phone calls with each one over six minutes of being on hold and in addition the company making the orthotics have faxed the script twice. I just need a signature.
