I ordered an ancient grain arugula and chicken salad last week. When I got to my office I discovered it was missing the chicken and grapes. I called and they were very nice about it and offered me a free salad next time. Today I went in and ordered the same and the dressing was already on the salad instead of in the small containers they usually put it in for to go orders. There's been other mistakes in the past only from the southbury location. I guess I won't go there anymore
Several of my coworkers and myself placed a rapid pick-up order for lunch today - upon arriving back at the office in Middlebury we realized we were missing a sandwich and drink. When we called Panera, without question, they offered to deliver us a new sandwich and drink. It came quickly, and with a few extra treats! Thank you for your exceptional customer service! We were all very impressed and will be visiting again soon!
I always enjoy eating at Panera. You can consistently count on high quality, fresh food. I appreciate that they change their menus based on the season.
Food and service is good. Only gave 4 stars because the flatbread sandwich I ordered had more flatbread than meat inside, which is unusual for Panera Bread. The service is 5 stars though. I originally ordered my food to be eaten in, but changed my order to takeout after the transaction was rung up. They adjusted quickly and handled it very well. I would eat there again.
